Responsibilities :

Platform Management: Utilize Upwork, Bark, Freelancer.com, etc., for project identification.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand requirements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
Collaboration: Work with development and sales teams for project initiation.
Documentation: Maintain records of bids, contracts, and client communications.
Requirements :
Experience: 3+ years as an Online Bidder in the software industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English.
Time Management: Ability to work during US timings.
Platform Familiarity: Proven success on platforms like Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer.com.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software industry.
Result-Oriented: Track record of securing projects and meeting targets.
