Month 1: Foundation & Onboarding

  • AI tools + real tasks
  • Claude Code & Cursor
  • Git & team workflows

Month 2: Build & Ship

  • Build features in Next.js
  • PostgreSQL & Prisma
  • TypeScript basics

Month 3: Own & Deliver

  • Own & deliver full features
  • Final evaluation
  • Performance review

3-Month Paid Apprenticeship → Full-Time Offer. Perform well → Get a full-time job offer. Simple as that.

What You'll Work On

  • Real products used by thousands of users in the US & globally
  • Features that ship to production (not fake projects)
  • Collaborate with a 75+ engineer team across Houston, Dubai & Pakistan

What You Must Have

  • BS in Computer Science (final year or completed)
  • JavaScript fundamentals (variables, functions, arrays, async/await)
  • React knowledge (components, hooks, state management)
  • SQL basics (SELECT, INSERT, JOIN, WHERE)
  • Git (commit, push, pull, branching)
  • Personal projects you've built yourself (GitHub or deployed)
  • Hunger to work on real stuff

We're not here to teach basics. You should already have them.

Selection Timeline

  • Technical Call (30 mins): Live coding test – We'll give you a sample project, you share your screen, use Claude Code to make changes as per requirements
  • Decision: Within 1 week
  • Start Date: Rolling
