Overview

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation via LinkedIn, cold emails, and smart prospecting. This role offers with in- office collaboration. You’ll identify and qualify leads, setting up discovery calls for our senior team. Experience with outreach tools, email automation, and generative AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential leads via LinkedIn and professional communities.
  • Plan and execute cold email campaigns using tools like Mailshake, Apollo, or Lemlist.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach workflows including automated sequences where needed.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and project potential.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and TPLEX senior executives.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and activity logs accurately.
  • Set up and potentially manage cold calling tools/campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Stay informed about the software development industry, particularly in AI and Web.
  • Utilize or explore AI tools for lead scoring, content personalization, or outreach automation (a plus, not a requirement).

Preferred Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role (preferably in tech or software).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Hands-on experience with cold email or email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and software development services is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven by performance targets.
